Princess Andre has broken her silence on the shock statement released by her parents, Peter Andre and Katie Price, promising to put an end to their long-running feud.
For years, the former couple has been at the center of constant public arguments, with both taking swipes at each other over the years. However, their two children, Princess and Junior, have been caught in the middle of their drama time and time again.
But now, Princess seems to be breathing a sigh of relief.
A New Chapter for Princess and Her Parents
In an exclusive interview with The Daily Mail, Princess explained that the recent truce between her parents gave her a sense of hope for the future. There’s even the possibility that both Peter and Katie could appear together in season three of her show, The Princess Diaries.
Princess admitted, “Honestly, I feel relieved they both agreed to move forward. It’s nice they can be on good terms. And to think that Junior and I won’t be caught in the middle. But hopefully, life will be easier for everybody.”
She went on to share that she’s “happy” that the false narratives surrounding their family will finally stop. However, while she was hoping that this meant she and her brother wouldn’t be asked about their parents’ issues, that hasn’t quite happened yet.
“All I care about now is that we can all be happy and not have to deal with stories having the wrong narrative,” she said. “But it would be nice to not have people asking me and Junior about our parents or issues they’ve had. But it looks like that’s not stopping.”
The History of Peter and Katie’s Feud
Peter Andre and Katie Price split back in 2007, beginning a turbulent 16-year-long feud between the former couple. However, the new update comes after last year when Katie, who recently married, claimed she had been “banned” from appearing on Princess’ show.
But just last month, Peter and Katie surprised fans by releasing a joint statement confirming they would no longer publicly criticize each other. In the statement, they said: “Katie Price and Peter have decided to close the door on the past and move forward into a new chapter with positivity and respect. We are both focused on creating a calm and supportive environment for our children.”
They continued, “We have reached a mutual agreement, both legally and personally, confirming that neither of us will speak negatively about the other going forward. This decision reflects a shared commitment to our family and stability. We want to stay united for our children. We are hoping this is a start to a positive relationship.”

Princess is now hopeful that her parents’ decision to move forward and be on good terms will help her family heal.
