Katie Price has once again found herself at the centre of controversy after proudly revealing she had an entire plane cabin to herself while flying to Dubai — despite ongoing tensions in the region.
The former glamour model, 47, took to Instagram to share her excitement as she stood alone in the middle of an eerily empty cabin, with only two flight attendants visible behind her. Clearly thrilled, Katie captioned the clip: “How unreal is this! This whole cabin to myself. Crazy! Dubai here we come! #KatiePrice #comingformyhubby #excited.”
Her journey, however, has raised eyebrows, as the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office currently advises against all but essential travel to the United Arab Emirates — warning that travel insurance may even be invalidated if the advice is ignored.
Still, Katie appeared unfazed. Upon landing, she shared another video from what looked like a near-deserted airport, revealing she had slept through most of the flight. She said she had “five blankets, three pillows” and only woke up in time for a cup of tea, adding that the journey had been “such a good flight” and noting how quiet the airport felt.
Her trip was to reunite with her controversial husband Lee Andrews, 42, who has remained in Dubai and insists he feels safe despite the escalating situation. Lee has also been surrounded by controversy, having been accused of forging his ex-partner’s signature to secure a £200,000 loan — allegations he denies. Reports have suggested he has not left the UAE since meeting Katie.
The couple, who shocked fans by marrying just weeks after meeting in January before holding a second legal ceremony in February, wasted no time upon reuniting. Instead of laying low, they headed straight to a cosmetic clinic.
Lee documented the visit on Instagram, appearing with numbing cream on his face as he declared: “This is not AI. We are actually here to fix a few things. When I say fix, I mean enhance! So today we are going to fix the nose and fix the chin. And look like a brand new penny!”
Moments later, he turned the camera to Katie, exclaiming: “Look who it is!” as she underwent more cosmetic procedures. Katie, known for her long history of surgeries, was seen receiving filler and Botox injections. Referring to her forehead, she joked that they had “killed the funny lines” before pulling her face back and adding she might look like that permanently one day.
Lee sweetly called her “gorgeous” as the procedure continued.
The dramatic trip comes amid mounting concern from those close to Katie. Comedian Katherine Ryan recently issued a subtle warning, commenting under a clip of Katie’s interview: “People are behaving this way because they love you,” alongside a heart emoji.
Just days earlier, Lee had shared a birthday card from Katie declaring him her “forever husband,” writing: “I love you to infinity.”
Yet with ongoing rumours branding Lee a “scammer” — including bold claims about being a millionaire businessman with connections to Elon Musk — and Katie continuing to travel into a volatile region, many fans remain deeply worried about what comes next.
