Danniella Westbrook has stepped into what she calls a brand new “confidence era” — and the transformation is impossible to ignore.
The former EastEnders star, now 52, was spotted out in London this week proudly showing off the results of her latest round of extensive reconstructive surgery, following years of health battles linked to her past cocaine addiction and osteoporosis.

Fresh from undergoing procedures in Dubai, Danniella appeared upbeat as she debuted the results of a full face, neck and brow lift, alongside lip and nose reconstruction. Dressed casually in a black jumper, jeans and white trainers, she went makeup-free while sporting a bouncy blow-dry and newly cut bangs — a softer, refreshed look that marks a striking new chapter.
She was seen navigating the London Underground after attending hospital check-ups and a trip to a Mayfair hair salon, accessorising her look with a Gucci handbag and oversized headphones.

Sharing her excitement online, Danniella told fans: A morning of hospital check ups and an afternoon @matthewdavid_london huge thanks as always to @toniaciacc for my bouncy blow dry and to the man himself @matthewdavid_london for the new bangs … I love it.
The transformation comes after what she described as a major turning point in her long surgical journey. Just weeks earlier, she revealed: Three more nose operations to go. So we’re over half way there now. Facelift has really changed me and given me my confidence back.
For Danniella, the procedures represent more than just cosmetic change. She has spent years battling complications from a collapsed septum — a condition that severely affected her breathing and appearance.

Her latest surgeries were carried out by Dr Parviz Sadigh, a specialist who has worked with her before. In a heartfelt tribute earlier this year, she wrote: A massive amount of love and respect to my amazing surgeon @parvizsadigh for all his hard work. Everyday I grow and glow xxxx thank you and roll on Feb for the next operation.
Despite the progress, her journey hasn’t been without setbacks. The actress had been set to make a long-awaited return to the screen in Tales From The Trap, playing a gun-selling “gangster granny,” but was forced to withdraw after being rushed to hospital with breathing difficulties. The role was later recast.
A source explained at the time that her respiratory struggles made filming impossible, highlighting the ongoing toll of her condition.

Danniella has long been open about the origins of her health issues, admitting her drug use began at a young age while rising to fame. She once reflected: I was always in clubs and everyone was doing coke and it was glamorous – except obviously, it wasn’t at all. I was just very young, very stupid and very easily led.
She also warned about the darker side of early fame, saying there should be guidance for young actors entering the spotlight, noting how quickly everything can unravel.
Having spent an estimated £250,000 on drugs during her past addiction, Danniella’s journey to rebuild her face — and her life — has been long and deeply personal.
Now, as she continues the final stages of her surgeries, one thing is clear: this is more than just a physical transformation — it’s a fight to reclaim confidence, identity, and a future she once feared was lost.
