Katie Price has once again opened up about her ever-evolving relationship with cosmetic surgery — and despite admitting she felt “distorted” after recent procedures, she insists she’s far from done.
The former glamour model, who recently married businessman Lee Andrews, made the candid confession during a new episode of her podcast while chatting with her sister Sophie.

During a light-hearted game, the conversation quickly turned serious when they discussed cosmetic procedures — and whether Katie had ever hidden any of her enhancements. She was quick to shut that idea down, admitting she’s always been brutally honest about everything she’s had done, even joking that she might be “too honest” because she feels compelled to tell everyone what works and what doesn’t.
As the sisters compared their experiences, Sophie reflected on her own breast surgery back in 2008 — something she has rarely spoken about publicly. But Katie turned the moment into a signature tongue-in-cheek exchange, joking that while her sister was merely “on the ladder,” she herself had gone much further, quipping: she’d already “built scaffolding”… and would soon be “a crane.”
The humour, however, masked a more uneasy truth.
Katie recently admitted she was unhappy with the results of a cosmetic tweak, revealing that Botox in her chin left her feeling like her face looked “distorted.” She explained that it affected the movement of her lower mouth, making it feel unnatural — and firmly stated that particular procedure was one she wouldn’t repeat.
She even shared that she had been advised to try additional Botox above her lip for a lifting effect, but ultimately refused, admitting she feared it would leave her unable to speak properly.

Despite these concerns — and her own past experiences with complications, including her body rejecting breast implants multiple times — Katie remains undeterred.
She defended her decision to continue undergoing procedures, particularly those done abroad, insisting that horror stories shouldn’t define the entire industry. She pointed out that complications can happen anywhere, to anyone, and are often down to individual body reactions rather than the practitioner.
Katie also revealed that even after facing repeated implant rejections, she chose to return to the same surgeon, believing the issues were caused by her body rather than any mistake.
And in true Katie Price fashion, while she may admit to setbacks, regrets, and even feeling “distorted”… one thing is clear — she’s not ready to stop.
