Alison Hammond turned heads once again as she showcased her incredible 11-stone weight loss during Friday’s episode of This Morning, stepping out in a stunning rose-print dress that perfectly highlighted her transformation.
The 51-year-old presenter, who previously weighed 30 stone, looked radiant in a flattering midi dress featuring fluted sleeves and bold red floral patterns. She paired the look with white shoes, glowing makeup, and her signature natural curls — a combination that only amplified her confidence on screen.

Her transformation didn’t happen overnight. Alison has openly admitted that her journey began after a frightening health wake-up call when she was told she was pre-diabetic. With a family history of Type 2 diabetes, the diagnosis forced her to reassess her lifestyle.
Speaking candidly, Alison revealed: “I’ve had a personal trainer for five years, even when I was at my biggest. But I had a childish mentality with regards to food, especially toffees – but now I’ll only have a couple a day.”
She added with refreshing honesty: “We’re not getting any younger, are we, babes? You realise at some point you’ve got to look after yourself.”

Determined to change, Alison cut back on sweets and fatty foods while committing to a more balanced routine, including better sleep habits and regular exercise. Her dedication has since paid off — not just physically, but emotionally too.
But it wasn’t just her transformation that had viewers talking.
During the live show, Alison left co-host Dermot O’Leary visibly flustered after she couldn’t stop gushing over a throwback photo of him from 2005, where he posed alongside Madonna.
Reacting to the image, Alison exclaimed: “Hold on a minute, that looks like Justin Timberlake. Is that you? You look HOT… I seriously can’t get over how hot you are!”

Despite Dermot’s attempts to move on, even admitting “I’m getting uncomfortable now…”, Alison insisted on recreating the pose live on air — much to everyone’s amusement.
The moment quickly became one of the most talked-about highlights of the episode, with Alison continuing to praise his looks throughout the show, even joking she’d “buy loads of pictures” of him and Madonna if she had the money.
By the end, a blushing Dermot could only laugh and plead: “Oh, stop it everybody!”
