The chaos inside I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! South Africa is no longer just entertainment — it’s turning deeply personal.
Adam Thomas has found himself at the centre of relentless tension in camp, but now his twin brother Scott Thomas has stepped in — and his emotional message has left fans seeing everything differently.

As explosive scenes aired showing Adam clashing with Jimmy Bullard, Scott took to Instagram with a powerful tribute. Sharing a photo of his brother looking visibly shaken, he admitted he had no idea how Adam managed to get through it all.
He wrote that Adam had “so much against him” during the experience, urging him to “protect your energy at all costs” and warning that “not everyone deserves that pure heart of yours bro.”
Behind the fiery arguments lies a much tougher reality.
Adam, 37, has been quietly battling psoriatic arthritis — a painful autoimmune condition that causes swelling and stiffness in the joints — all while facing mounting pressure from his campmates.
The breaking point came during a dramatic Bushtucker Trial when Jimmy abruptly quit mid-challenge, shouting: “I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!” — instantly halting the task.
Adam didn’t hold back.

“If you f*****g wanted to go, don’t take me with you. What is up with you?” he raged. “All you have to do is run through some mud… A quitter bro, I don’t quit.”
Jimmy responded bluntly: “It ain’t about that. I wanted to go home,” later admitting it was a “killer” to let Adam down.
Despite the fallout, Adam narrowly avoided elimination — not because of the trial, but because his campmates were given the power to save him.
But the tension didn’t start there.
Earlier in the series, Adam was left emotionally shattered after a brutal exchange with David Haye, who branded him “useless” and said he didn’t “give a s**t” about how he was feeling.
Adam later admitted the moment pushed him to the edge. He revealed he felt “broken” and even considered walking out of the show entirely.
“He broke me in there… he pushed me to my limits,” Adam said, adding that David has since apologised and that he has chosen to move forward.
Scott, however, made it clear how deeply it affected him watching from the outside. He said it made him “so angry” that his brother had to go through that — but also praised him for coming out “stronger than ever” and standing in his power.
Even after leaving the camp, David’s comments continued to spark debate. He insisted there was “no bad blood,” but compared his own career fighting in brutal boxing gyms to Adam’s struggles — saying he couldn’t relate to someone calling a “fun TV show” the hardest thing they’ve ever faced.
With emotions running high, alliances shifting, and more unseen footage still to come, one thing is undeniable — Adam’s journey has become one of the most intense and emotional storylines of the season.
