Katie Price, 47, has once again been thrust into the limelight, as she stepped out showcasing the results of her botched Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) and fillers — procedures she now calls her ‘biggest regret.’ The TV personality, known for her extensive cosmetic transformations, revealed that she deeply regrets the surgeries that have altered her appearance over the years, including six face lifts, 17 breast augmentations, and a number of other costly procedures.
On Tuesday, Katie made a solo appearance at the Good Morning Britain studios, looking visibly uncomfortable in skintight leggings that displayed her ill-fated BBL results. She previously opened up about the extreme pain she endured during her Brazilian Butt Lift, admitting that she didn’t get the results she was hoping for. The procedure, which involves transferring fat from other parts of the body to enhance the size of the buttocks, has left her with a “weird” shape after multiple attempts at enhancement.

Katie took to Katherine Ryan’s podcast, What’s My Age Again, to speak candidly about her regret. She revealed, “It was so painful, and it just did not look right on me. I hated it.” Despite attempting to reverse her original BBL in 2019, she later had fillers injected in 2024 — a decision that only made her situation worse. “I think I’ve lost weight, and my bum has gone a weird shape now,” she confessed. “Big bums don’t suit me, I don’t want a big bum.”

Dr. Gerard Lambe, a renowned surgeon, warned that Katie’s multiple cosmetic procedures, including BBL, were placing her health at extreme risk. “BBL is one of the most dangerous surgeries anyone can undergo. Katie is dicing with death,” he remarked.
Despite her regrets, Katie is no stranger to cosmetic surgery, having spent more than £100,000 on various treatments over the years. Yet, as she continues to struggle with body dysmorphia, her mother, Amy, has expressed concerns about her daughter’s ongoing surgeries. Katie, however, insists that these procedures are a way of fixing issues she perceives in her appearance rather than a desire for change.
While Katie’s cosmetic choices remain divisive, her journey highlights the struggles many face with body image and the pressures of living in the public eye. Will Katie ever find peace with her appearance, or will she continue to seek perfection? The saga continues, but for now, her story serves as a cautionary tale for those considering similar procedures.
