Alison Hammond shows off her slimmed-down figure after shedding 11 stone (around 70kg), stepping out in a pair of seductive red high heels

Alison Hammond has once again left fans speechless, proudly unveiling her dramatic 11-stone weight loss in a striking new glam shoot that oozes confidence.

The This Morning favourite, 51, showcased her slimmed-down frame in a black velvet mini dress, elongating her toned legs with a pair of eye-catching red patent stilettos. Beaming at the camera as she relaxed in a studio chair, Alison radiated self-assurance — and her transformation was impossible to ignore.

The stunning snaps were shared by her long-time make-up artist Mikey Phillips, who captioned the post with the empowering words: “High Heels, Bold Moves, Zero Apologies.”

Behind the glamour lies a five-year journey of determination. Alison has shed around 11 stone after discovering she was pre-diabetic — a wake-up call that prompted major lifestyle changes. Through healthier eating habits and consistent exercise, she has completely turned her health around.

Speaking candidly about maintaining her weight loss, Alison recently revealed she has embraced Reformer Pilates because she is “as stiff as a board.” She admitted, “You feel absolutely incredible after it. I really need a good stretch — so Reformer Pilates has been brilliant for me.”

She also swears by early-morning circuit training, explaining, “I also do this early-morning circuit class from the brilliant Steve Hensel at Blue Zone. I’ll go at 6.30am and do a full hour, it’s a proper old-school gym.” After each session, she said she leaves feeling “amazing.”

However, there are some trends she refuses to follow. On cold plunge pools, she laughed: “I did try one of those cold plunge pools once — and absolutely not! It lasted about a minute. I was like, ‘Why am I literally trying to kill myself?’”

And when it comes to weight-loss injections, Alison has been equally firm. She told Good Housekeeping UK: “I think that, for people who need to use them, they’re a good thing — but for me, as soon as I hear any scare story, I get frightened.” Still, she added she would never judge others, saying she “certainly wouldn’t look down on anyone who did.”

Now a co-host on both This Morning and The Great British Bake Off, Alison admits temptation is everywhere — but she’s mastered moderation. “I eat a bit of Paul and Prue’s after they’ve finished judging. I only try the ones that got a handshake from Paul or ones that won. If the judges aren’t impressed, I’m not trying it.”

Once weighing 28 stone at her heaviest, Alison has worked closely with a personal trainer and insists balance is key. “I don’t deny myself anything, I eat everything, but in moderation,” she said.

From pre-diabetes fears to red-carpet-ready confidence, Alison’s journey is more than a makeover — it’s a powerful statement of self-belief.
