COUNTRYFILE star Adam Henson and his wife Charlie have opened up about their sudden marriage after a painful cancer diagnosis.
The couple already had two children together but after going through the heart-breaking health battle decided to tie the knot.

Adam, 57, admitted that it was a “huge shock” when docs revealed that Charlie had pancreatic cancer.
The Countryfile presenter previously thought his partner had just caught a bug from an animal at their farm.
She felt ill for over three months before finally receiving the terrifying news that she had a 4.5cm tumour.
Adam told the Telegraph living through the situation was a “nightmare”, adding: “It was a huge shock. By nature, I’m a pragmatist, which probably comes from being a farmer.

I’m such a pain in the a**e mum – I’ve even banned cereal, says Julia Bradbury
“I deal in facts, and I work out what can be done, but in this situation, I was totally lost.”
Charlie said that after finding out about her condition, getting married to Adam became “the most important thing in the world” to her.
“It’s ridiculous but I really, really wanted everyone to know how much I love Adam,” the emotional wife shared. “Most importantly, I wanted him to know. It was suddenly such a big thing.”
Thankfully Charlie is currently in recovery and the loved up couple have both been able to return to working in TV.
