This Morning favourite Alison Hammond celebrated her 50th birthday in unforgettable style — complete with a cheeky surprise that had her screaming with laughter and shouting: “Turn the cameras off!”

Although it was supposed to be her day off, the beloved presenter couldn’t escape the spotlight as This Morning sent a film crew — led by Jeff Brazier — straight to her Birmingham home to surprise her live on air.
“Oh My Gosh, I’m Loving This!”
With flowers in hand, Jeff walked into Alison’s kitchen to wish her a happy birthday, while co-hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard joined in virtually. Alison laughed as she revealed it wasn’t just her big day — her son Aiden was also celebrating his 20th birthday.
But things took a wild turn when Jeff handed her a blindfold, teasing a surprise waiting outside. Seconds later, Alison was left speechless as the cast of Magic Mike burst into her back garden, ready to perform a steamy routine just for her.
As the dancers took to the stage, Alison clapped and squealed:
“Oh my gosh, I’m loving this! Yes boys!”
Once the performance wrapped up, a breathless Alison laughed and shouted:
“Turn the cameras off — they’re all getting in the jacuzzi now!”
“If It Ended Tomorrow, I’ve Had a Great Life”
After the surprise, a visibly moved Alison thanked the This Morning crew and fans for their love and birthday wishes.
“If it ended tomorrow, I’ve had a great life,” she said warmly, beaming from ear to ear.
Producers had also lined up a string of surprise messages from celebrity friends — including Ant and Dec, The Traitors star Minah, and co-host Dermot O’Leary, who called it “one of the great pleasures” of his life to work alongside her.
But the biggest shock came from Hollywood legend Harrison Ford, who sent a cheeky video message referencing their viral 2017 interview alongside Ryan Gosling.
“Alison, I remember meeting you one morning with my friend Ryan,” he said with a smirk. “They tell me you’re 50 now… Grow up!”
“Nowadays, I Only Do What Makes Me Happy”
Speaking to OK! ahead of her milestone birthday, Alison confessed she wasn’t planning a huge party this year, saying she just wanted a quiet celebration with family.
“I had the big bash when I turned 48 and Aiden turned 18 — it was wonderful, but it took a lot of energy,” she said. “This time, I just want to chill out.”
Reflecting on her journey, Alison shared a heartfelt message with fans:
“What’s incredible is how quickly time goes. I’d urge people to enjoy life, spend time with loved ones, and be present. Nowadays, I only want to do what makes me happy.”
From laughter and dance to heartfelt reflection, Alison’s 50th birthday proved one thing — she’s not just a TV favourite, she’s a woman who knows how to live life to the fullest.
