So, how did Alison shed 13st 7lbs? “I’ve lost a lot of weight. I can remember being nearly 30st, and now I’m in the 17 – 16½st range,” she revealed in an interview with Closer. Alison has avoided strict diets or food elimination, preferring a balanced, sustainable approach. “I don’t deny myself anything. I eat everything, but in moderation,” she said.

The key to her success? A personal trainer and cutting out alcohol. “I’ve got a personal trainer. She’s amazing. She trains me when I can train,” Alison shared. With her trainer’s support, she ensures she stays active while also making time for walks during her busy work schedule. However, it’s her teetotal lifestyle that she credits as a game-changer.

Alison’s stance on alcohol was evident during a This Morning segment where she declared, “You feel so much better when you go out and have a really good time, you dance all night long, you don’t have a drink. You go to bed and wake up lovely. Honestly, my life is great – it really is wonderful. Teetotal is the way forward.”

While co-host Dermot O’Leary playfully disagreed, noting that Alison never drank much anyway, Alison stood her ground, declaring, “I’m out. I’m done,” when it comes to alcohol.
