She’s never shied away from celebrating her curves — but this time, Kelly Brook is doing it with a fresh glow of confidence.
The model and presenter, 46, set pulses racing on Monday as she unveiled a sultry new lingerie campaign with Next, proudly showing off the results of her I’m A Celebrity jungle weight loss.
After shedding an impressive 15lbs during her time on I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! last year, Kelly looked sensational as she posed in a series of lace, sheer and curve-hugging designs — exuding confidence from every angle.

Turning Up the Heat
In one standout look, Kelly stunned in a black lace set that showcased her famous hourglass figure and ample curves.
Other striking ensembles included sheer white and blush pink pieces, a floral-patterned black set, and a rich dark red design — each styled to celebrate femininity rather than hide it.
Every pose radiated self-assurance.
This wasn’t about shrinking herself.
It was about owning every inch.
“Lingerie for Real Bodies”
Speaking about the collection, Kelly made it clear this collaboration was deeply personal.
“This edit feels honest and accessible,” she said.
“It’s lingerie designed for real bodies and real lifestyles.”
She added that the range reflects years of learning what truly makes her feel confident:
“No squeezing into something that doesn’t feel right.
Just feeling supported, feminine and comfortable in your own skin.”
For Kelly, the shift has been emotional as well as physical.
“Over time, I’ve learnt to love my body rather than criticise it.”

Why She Refused Weight-Loss Jabs
Despite her transformation, Kelly has been vocal about drawing a firm line when it comes to weight-loss injections.
She recently revealed she was offered Mounjaro before heading into the jungle — and turned it down without hesitation.
“Everyone’s on it,” she was told.
“Well, I’m not,” Kelly replied.
While she admits to enjoying facials, massage and a little Botox, she insists her body is something she protects.
“My body has got me through so many things,” she said.
“I love my curves. My husband loves my curves.”

Strength, Not Starving
Kelly has previously spoken about arriving in the jungle intentionally unprepared — indulging in roast dinners, chocolate and wine beforehand — and relying on resilience rather than restriction.
She was voted off fourth and narrowly missed the final, but emerged with something more valuable than a crown: renewed confidence.
And now, standing tall in lace and silk, she’s making one thing clear.
This isn’t about weight loss.
It’s about self-acceptance.
