Jesy Nelson Celebrates First Birthday of Twin Girls After SMA Diagnosis: “My Tiny Little Super Humans” 

Jesy Nelson has shared an emotional tribute to her twin daughters, Ocean and Story, as they celebrate their first birthday, just months after being diagnosed with SMA1 (spinal muscular atrophy), a severe genetic condition affecting muscle strength.

Posting to Instagram, Jesy wrote: “Happy 1st birthday my Ocean and Story bear. I love you more than you will ever know… My tiny little super humans. The strongest, most resilient little fighters I’ve ever known.”

The celebration was filled with joy despite the difficult first year. Snapshots showed a princess-themed two-tier cake, balloons, a giant light-up ‘ONE’, and Jesy smiling alongside her girls and friends.
