Katie Price has landed back in the UK after dramatically claiming she was “stranded” in Dubai during ongoing missile tensions in the Middle East — but it was her appearance at Gatwick Airport that truly sent fans into meltdown.
The former glamour model, 47, was spotted arriving back in Britain on Saturday alongside husband Lee Andrews after days of insisting flights had been cancelled and that the UAE felt “safer than the UK.” Wearing a grey crop top and oversized sunglasses, Katie attempted to keep a low profile while appearing to conceal the results of the cosmetic procedures she reportedly underwent during the trip.

Despite the growing controversy surrounding her latest surgery saga, Katie smiled as friends helped her with her luggage at arrivals. Her tattooed midriff and enhanced figure were still on full display, though many noticed she appeared keen to cover parts of her face and body amid the escalating fallout.
The dramatic return comes after Lee publicly accused a Dubai-based clinician of carrying out allegedly illegal cosmetic work that left both him and Katie needing corrective procedures. Sharing a furious statement on Instagram, Lee warned followers to “be careful,” accusing the practitioner of operating from a villa without the proper licence and allegedly using products “not listed by the authorities.”

He claimed the procedures resulted in “terrible results” for both himself and Katie, adding that they were now forced to seek further surgery to correct the damage.
The accusations exploded just days after the couple themselves were accused of leaving Dubai without paying for treatments at the aesthetic clinic. The clinician later hit back publicly, alleging multiple invoices had gone unpaid and claiming he had been blocked after trying to contact the pair. He also insisted Katie never complained about the results directly to him and argued that her post-treatment symptoms were “perfectly normal.”

Lee, however, strongly denied those allegations and claimed Katie had been left “unable to move her mouth” after the procedures.
The chaos surrounding the trip only intensified after Katie revealed on her podcast that she could hear “fighter jets” and “missiles” while staying in Dubai — yet still insisted she felt safer there than in Britain. Speaking to her sister Sophie, Katie said: “You hear the jets, the fighter jets, the missiles, all that going on. But then it’s weird because you feel safe out here.”
She then launched into a controversial rant about crime in the UK, saying: “Every single day I’m looking at the English news, there are now shootings, more crime. In England, you’re scared to walk the streets.”

The return to Britain also comes amid renewed concern over Katie’s ongoing cosmetic surgery obsession. During the Dubai trip, the TV personality shocked followers after posting bikini snaps that appeared to show complications from her previous Brazilian Butt Lift procedures, with one image sparking alarm over what fans described as a visibly protruding implant near her hip.
Katie previously admitted she “nearly died” following a botched BBL surgery in 2019 and has openly discussed her addiction to cosmetic procedures over the years, having undergone two BBLs and 16 breast augmentations.
Now, with accusations flying from both sides and fresh concerns over her appearance, Katie’s latest trip to Dubai has quickly spiralled into yet another explosive chapter in her long-running surgery controversy.
