Katie Price has once again found herself at the centre of controversy after fans accused her of “playing with fire” by promoting CBD products while staying in Dubai — where the sale, promotion and possession of CBD are strictly illegal.
The former glamour model recently flew to the UAE to reunite with her husband Lee Andrews after spending weeks apart. But it didn’t take long before Katie was back online promoting products from Supreme CBD to her followers.

In a video shared from Dubai, Katie admitted she was “missing” her CBD products while abroad and claimed they help her sleep at night. She then encouraged fans to visit the brand’s website and purchase the products themselves — despite the UAE’s strict laws surrounding CBD.
The post immediately triggered backlash online, with many fans stunned that Katie would openly advertise the products while in Dubai. One Reddit user wrote: “Katie still playing with fire. Katie landed in Dubai and it wasn’t long till she posted yet another video promoting CBD.”
Another added: “Is she even allowed to be posting clips advertising CBD from Dubai? Again the rules don’t apply to her.”
The controversy has become even more serious because this is not the first time Katie has promoted Supreme CBD during trips to the UAE. Earlier this year, reports revealed she was already under investigation by Trading Standards over claims she made about the brand allegedly “curing cancer.”

The investigation reportedly began after Katie publicly backed former Olympic boxer Anthony Fowler and his partner Serena Stregapede, who claimed their two-year-old daughter’s tumour had been healed naturally with CBD after they refused chemotherapy treatment.
At the time, Katie shared a lengthy post praising Supreme CBD and wrote that the products could help with “fibromyalgia, arthritis, anxiety/depression, aches/pains or insomnia” before promoting a discount code to her followers.
Those promotional posts were later referred to Westminster Trading Standards by the Advertising Standards Authority following complaints about the potentially dangerous medical claims.
Despite the growing scrutiny, Katie continues posting paid advertisements for the CBD company on social media — leaving many fans wondering whether another scandal could now be around the corner.
