Katie Price has shared the distressing moment when her son Harvey, 23, smashed her car’s windscreen after getting upset while driving on a bumpy road.
Harvey, who suffers from a number of complex medical conditions including Prader-Willi Syndrome, autism, and partial blindness, confessed to using a perfume bottle to break the windscreen.
Taking to Snapchat, Katie filmed the aftermath, writing, “Harvey smashed up my car” and explaining the incident to her followers.
Standing outside the car, she asked Harvey, “Can I have a look at what you’ve done to Harvey’s car? Shall we have a look and talk about it?” Turning the camera towards the damaged window, Katie questioned, “Right, what is that?” Harvey, seemingly unaware of the full extent, responded, “Cracked everywhere.”
Katie asked if he broke the window because of the bumpy road, to which Harvey answered: “Yes, Harvey hates bumpy roads.” Katie, trying to explain the situation, said, “Look at mummy’s window screen, what’s mummy gonna do? It’s not nice, is it?”
Katie later shared that Harvey had used her perfume bottle to cause the damage. “What did you use to break it? Mummy’s perfume bottle? Is mummy’s perfume bottle broken?” she asked, with Harvey confirming it was.
Katie laughed, adding, “At least the car will smell nice of perfume. Nightmare, Price.”
The incident comes shortly after Katie returned from Dubai, where she was with her new husband, Lee Andrews. The couple married in January, just 10 days after meeting. Harvey, despite not meeting Lee in person yet, has started calling him “daddy,” although they’ve only communicated via FaceTime. Lee has yet to meet Katie’s children face-to-face.
