Mel and Chris, who confirmed their romance last year at Glastonbury, looked more in love than ever while enjoying a luxury yacht trip. The singer showcased her toned body in a sleek black bikini, taking dips in the Mediterranean, kayaking, and lounging with friends – all while going makeup-free and confidently revealing her tattoos.

The couple didn’t shy away from showing affection, with Mel wrapping her arms around the shirtless Australian model, who has also dabbled in acting, writing and directing. He impressed onlookers with a backflip into the sea while Mel laughed and cheered him on.
Their growing connection was also spotted last month at Wimbledon, where they were seen getting cosy in the stands.

While their love story continues to blossom, Mel reflected on a difficult past. Speaking to The Project in Australia, she revealed that during the early days of the Spice Girls, she was banned from dating — unlike her bandmates. “It was one rule for one and another for the others,” she said, adding that being treated as if she couldn’t “cope with having a boyfriend” left her questioning herself when she was already feeling vulnerable.
Mel’s previous relationship was a seven-year romance with music producer Joe Marshall, which ended in 2022. Afterward, she briefly joined the dating app Hinge.

Meanwhile, behind the scenes of the Spice Girls, tensions are rumoured to be brewing again. Simon Fuller – the man who launched the group and Brand Beckham – is reportedly planning a virtual Spice Girls tour with Mel C, Mel B and Emma Bunton. Geri Halliwell has agreed only to the avatar concept, while Victoria Beckham has been excluded entirely and is said to be fuming.

With visible splits forming in the band, it’s no surprise that only Mel C and Emma showed up for Mel B’s recent 50th birthday bash, while all members were present at Victoria’s 50th last year.
But as Mel C enjoys her well-earned sunshine and love in Ibiza, it seems she’s finally found her balance — and her freedom.
