“SECURITY STEPS IN!”: Ant McPartlin is protected by security as Jimmy Bullard deliberately approaches him after the live broadcast ends — just hours after Ant defended Adam Thomas, insisting he was “not intimidating” despite Jimmy’s on-air accusations

It was meant to be the grand finale of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! All Stars — but instead, it spiralled into one of the most chaotic nights in British TV history.

Just hours after the explosive live broadcast, Ant McPartlin found himself in an uncomfortable face-to-face encounter with Jimmy Bullard as he left the ITV studios. The situation was tense enough that security guards stepped in, hovering closely as Jimmy tried to get Ant’s attention.

Ant, accompanied by his wife Anne-Marie Corbett, appeared to laugh off the moment — but the presence of security told a very different story.

Chaos on air… and off it

The confrontation came after a jaw-dropping live finale that quickly descended into chaos.

Jimmy had erupted on air, accusing hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly of deliberately cutting key footage. He claimed explosive moments — including repeated use of the “C-word” — had been removed, telling them bluntly: “You didn’t show any of that… it’s a liberty.”

At the centre of the storm was Adam Thomas, who had been accused by Jimmy of being “abusive, aggressive and intimidating” during an unaired row in the jungle.

Ant firmly pushed back, insisting: “The reason we didn’t air it is because it’s unbroadcastable. I was there — and I didn’t think it was intimidating.”

That didn’t go down well.

“Show it then!” — tensions explode

Jimmy doubled down, refusing to accept Ant’s version of events. He shouted that being “aggressive, abusive and intimidating” couldn’t simply be dismissed, demanding ITV play the footage: “Show it — let everyone watch it now!”

Meanwhile, Adam attempted to calm the situation, admitting: “I take full responsibility… emotions were running high. I’ve apologised to Jimmy on numerous occasions.”

But the apology didn’t settle things.

David Haye jumped in mid-discussion, accusing producers of editing the show to make Adam look like a victim. He insisted there had been “a lot of editing” and said bluntly: “I think it is time for the truth.”

From the sidelines, Sinitta stormed off stage, shouting at the audience that what really happened was “aggressive and abusive” — adding that those present were left “shaking.”

The moment became so heated that Ant and Dec were forced to shut it down, with Ant concluding: “Let’s leave it there. We’ll agree to disagree.”

Victory overshadowed

Despite being crowned King of the Jungle, Adam’s win was completely overshadowed by the fallout.

He looked visibly downcast as he left the studio alongside his brothers Ryan Thomas and Scott Thomas, while Jimmy was later seen deep in conversation with David Haye after the fiery exchange.

Even earlier in the night, tensions had already been simmering. Adam was met with a mix of cheers and boos as he walked on stage, while former campmate Craig Charles had already warned viewers that what aired was only a “watered down” version of events.

Craig revealed the unseen clash had been “deeply traumatic,” claiming Adam was “so aggressive… like a coiled spring” and appeared close to physically attacking Jimmy — which is why much of it couldn’t be broadcast.

A finale that will be remembered forever

What was supposed to be a celebratory ending instead turned into a full-blown spectacle of accusations, interruptions, and unresolved tension — both on camera and behind the scenes.

And if that awkward late-night encounter between Ant and Jimmy is anything to go by… this story is far from over.
