Stacey Solomon has appeared to push back against rumours about trouble in her marriage to Joe Swash after she was photographed without her wedding ring – only for fans to notice she had been wearing it earlier the very same day.
The TV favourite has been under intense scrutiny in recent weeks amid speculation that her relationship with the former EastEnders actor could be under strain. Stacey, 36, and Joe, 43, tied the knot in 2022 and share three children together, forming a large blended family of six kids.

But whispers about tension between the pair have been circulating after insiders suggested their increasingly different career paths may have created distance between them. The rumours were only fuelled further by Stacey’s cheeky remarks in Joe’s recent TikTok Shop videos, where he has been promoting products online.
The speculation ramped up again this week when Stacey was spotted leaving BBC studios without her wedding ring. Wrapped up against the cold in a navy blue puffer jacket layered over a grey cardigan, the presenter looked relaxed but noticeably bare-handed, with the ring nowhere in sight.
Yet in what appeared to be a pointed response to the gossip, Stacey had earlier shared an Instagram Story showing the ring clearly on her finger as she prepared for a busy day filled with meetings and visits. The timing led many fans to believe the star may have been subtly shutting down the swirling split rumours.
A representative for the couple declined to comment on the reports.

Questions about their relationship have intensified since Joe attended the TV Choice Awards without Stacey by his side, despite the couple being nominated for their joint documentary. Instead, Stacey’s eldest son Zachary accompanied him to the event.
Their playful but brutally honest dynamic has also been on display in Joe’s TikTok videos, where Stacey could be heard teasing him from off-camera. In one clip, Joe introduces a segment called “Try Before You Buy”, explaining: “I’m gonna try it before you lot buy it. If it works, I’ll let you know about it. If it’s a load of crapola…”
From the background, Stacey quickly cuts in with a blunt response: “It looks like a load of crapola.”
In another video where Joe promotes hair-loss shampoo, Stacey is heard joking: “Give up the ghost, mate. Shave it off. I can tell you right now it ain’t gonna work.” When she hears the price, she adds another cheeky jab: “You might as well get a hair transplant. By the time you’ve bought four of them, you could’ve gone to Turkey.”
While Joe has been building a side hustle selling products for commission on TikTok Shop, Stacey’s own business empire is booming. Recent filings show her company was valued at £10.1 million in 2025, a significant jump from £7.4 million the previous year.
Alongside hosting successful shows such as Sort Your Life Out, she has secured lucrative collaborations with brands including Primark, George at Asda, Abbott Lyon jewellery and haircare company REHAB.
Despite the speculation, both Stacey and Joe have previously been candid about the ups and downs of their relationship. Speaking on Loose Women last year, Joe admitted their dynamic can sometimes be chaotic.
“All year there is a pressure on me,” he joked. “If you are ever wondering what month of the year it is, just pop around my house and my door will tell you. If it’s summer we will have a summer display on.”
He continued: “I feel like a good relationship is about knowing the strengths and weaknesses and one of my weaknesses is getting involved. Stacey has got a vision and I’ll do the running around. Stacey is the site manager and I’m a tradie – I’ll pick everything up and Stacey makes it look beautiful. There is no ‘I’ in the team.”
The couple have also admitted they argue frequently. In their documentary, Stacey joked: “I think that’s obvious. I say it all the time on social media. He’s getting on my nerves. Or I’m ovulating so I fancy him.”
She also acknowledged that their marriage isn’t perfect. Stacey said: “Is there such a thing though? I think sometimes it’s really good and sometimes it’s really c**p, isn’t it? Everyone’s looking for this perfect partner, when actually the perfect one is the one you want to kill half the time and are in love with the other half.”
For now, the pair remain tight-lipped about the rumours – but Stacey’s subtle ring display may have been her way of sending a message loud and clear.
