Katie Price has taken aim at Good Morning Britain hosts Susanna Reid and Ed Balls, accusing them of being “too serious” during what she expected to be a light-hearted TV appearance.
The former glamour model appeared on the ITV breakfast show to chat about her latest headline-making chapter — her whirlwind marriage to businessman Lee Andrews. But while Katie arrived in high spirits, she quickly realised the tone of the interview wasn’t quite what she had anticipated.

Speaking in a behind-the-scenes vlog, Katie revealed she was caught off guard by the hosts’ no-nonsense approach. She said they were sitting there trying to be all serious while she was just trying to be happy and breezy, adding that although they can do that, the conversation moved so fast she didn’t feel like she answered anything properly.
Before going on air, Susanna had warmly greeted Katie with a hug and said it was so good to see her — but the mood soon shifted once the cameras started rolling.
Introducing the segment, Susanna reminded viewers that Katie had married Lee in a glamorous ceremony just 48 hours after he proposed — a detail that set the tone for a probing interview.

During the segment, Katie was repeatedly questioned about her shock marriage, including swirling claims about Lee’s credentials. While she shut down suggestions that he holds a PhD from Cambridge, she insisted he does have one from Spain.
Despite the scrutiny, Katie stood firm on her decision, explaining that the relationship simply felt right. She said she was there, they got engaged, and it just felt right — so why not get married?
But perhaps the most surprising admission came when Katie opened up about her family situation. She revealed that, despite being newly married, Lee has not yet met her children in person.

Katie explained that while her kids have spoken to him over FaceTime, she doesn’t feel ready for a real-life introduction just yet. She said it’s never enough and that before introducing him to her children, she wants to get to know him more herself.
The candid confession raised eyebrows — especially when Susanna pressed her on whether virtual contact alone was enough.
Meanwhile, comedian Katherine Ryan has added fuel to the fire, joking that the only PhD Lee might have is “in scamming,” as questions continue to swirl around his background.
Katie tied the knot with the Dubai-based businessman within days of meeting him and reportedly chose not to sign a pre-nup — a decision that has left friends concerned.

In recent months, Lee has faced mounting scrutiny, with claims he exaggerated or fabricated parts of his career. He has previously presented himself as a senior board member at TopBuild Corporation in New York — but a company spokesperson stated they do not recognise anyone by that name.
Further claims about his supposed advisory role within the Labour Party have also been denied, with sources saying no such position exists.
As the controversy continues to grow, Katie appears determined to stand by her man — even as questions mount and doubts deepen around the whirlwind romance that has left fans both fascinated and concerned.
